1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hairrepairclub.co.uk and any service, training course, product or appointment you purchase through it. The site is operated by Hair Repair Management Group FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as Hair Repair Club.

2. Services we offer

Through hairrepairclub.co.uk you can: book consultations and hair repair appointments at HRC locations and approved partners; purchase in-person training courses (Core Certification, Cutting Masterclass, Refresher, Elite Accelerator); buy aftercare products; enquire about franchise opportunities and 1:1 mentorship.

3. Bookings & appointments

Appointment availability, pricing and cancellation policies are set by each HRC location. Most require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. For HRC Dubai, booking is via Shopify with an online deposit. Balance is due on the day.

4. Training courses

Training course fees are payable in advance. Once a course date is confirmed, course fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. We will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date where you cannot attend.

HRC certifications are issued on completion of the relevant course and a submission review by Tom, Fletch and Kyle personally.

5. Products

Products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors. See our Refund Policy.

6. Payment

All purchases are processed via Shopify Payments. Where Klarna is offered at checkout, those payment plans are governed by Klarna's own terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site is owned by Hair Repair Management Group FZCO or its licensors. HRC training course content is provided under a personal-use licence to the certified individual.

8. Limitations of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.

9. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, save that consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where required by applicable law.
