Our Story

Built from experience. Driven by confidence.

Hair Repair Club didn't begin as a business plan. It began with Tom, a man who lost his hair, searched everywhere for a real solution, and decided to build one himself.

Tom, founder of Hair Repair Club
The founder

Tom started this because nobody else was doing it properly.

Tom started losing his hair in his early twenties. Tablets, fibres, minoxidil, nothing worked. He went for a hair transplant consultation and was told his donor hair wasn't good enough. “Absolutely devastating,” in his words.

He refused to accept it. Found hair systems. The first one looked daft, “it built up a whole form of anxiety I didn't even have beforehand.” But he stuck with it. Learned the craft. Found a way to make systems look the way they're supposed to.

In 2015, while still working full-time as an engineer at Rolls-Royce, Tom took his first paying client out of his garden shed in Derby. Eleven years on, Hair Repair Club spans 18 specialist locations across 5 countries, has trained over 500 professionals worldwide, and remains the original name in non-surgical hair replacement.

What we stand for

Three principles, every decision.

01

Authenticity

Tom built this brand by being honest about his own experience. We don't sell false hope. We deliver real, natural, undetectable results, and we stand behind every one of them.

02

Confidence is the product

Hair is the surface. Confidence is what we're actually restoring. Every fitting, every training course, every product is designed with that outcome in mind.

03

Raising the standard

Too many people do this badly. We train professionals to the highest possible standard so wherever the HRC name is on the door, clients know exactly what they're getting.

“Confidence helps shape your life, the way you feel about yourself and the way others see you. When you look good, you feel good. And when you feel good, you can become unstoppable.”
