Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made through hairrepairclub.co.uk.
1. Physical products
Unopened, unused physical products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Hygiene-related products cannot be returned once opened. Email support@hairrepairclub.co.uk with your order number to start a return.
2. Service appointments
Each HRC location sets its own cancellation policy. Most require at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are typically non-refundable to protect specialist time. Dubai deposits are non-refundable inside the 48-hour window.
3. Training courses (in-person)
Once you've booked a confirmed course date, course fees are non-refundable. We'll transfer you to a later course where possible, subject to availability.
4. Online video course
The online course is non-refundable once accessed. If you have not accessed any course material, a refund may be available within 14 days of purchase, email academy@hairrepairclub.co.uk.
5. 1:1 mentorship calls
Single calls refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before. 6-call bundles valid 12 months from purchase; unused calls non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period.
6. Elite Accelerator
Once accepted and paid, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
7. Franchise deposits
Refunded in full if we cannot finalise the agreement for reasons within HRC's control. Otherwise non-refundable.
8. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
9. Statutory rights
This policy operates alongside your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them.
