How near is the studio?
HQ is on Green Lane in the centre of Derby, about twenty-five minutes from Ilkeston by car. Worth knowing that the train is not the shortcut it looks like: there is no direct service, you change at Nottingham and it takes the best part of an hour, so most people drive it.
What actually happens at a first fitting?
Two to three hours. We select the system, attach it, then cut and blend it into your own hair so the hairline sits right. You leave looking like you, same day.
Do I have to commit to anything at the consultation?
No. The consultation fee comes back off your first fitting, and no deposit is taken on the day. Plenty of people go away and think about it. We would rather you were sure.
