Certification
Earned, not given.
Most courses give you a PDF for finishing. We don't. The HRC Core Certification is a real qualification, you submit content of your own first fit and cut, reviewed personally by Tom and Fletch, and only then issued. It's harder, slower, and means something.

Tom reviews the business and consultation side of each submission. Does the practitioner understand the client journey, the pricing model, and the standards expected of every HRC location?
FletchReviews every submission personally
Fletch reviews the technical side of each submission. The cut, the blend, the finish. If the result isn't HRC-standard, the certification isn't issued, you get specific feedback and the chance to resubmit.
